Iliana Pantoleon

Clinical Psychologist, LLPC

As a clinical psychologist, I believe psychotherapy and psychological education are vital parts of mental health. Caring for our emotional “injuries” can uplift us, foster resilience, and help us live happier, more fulfilling lives. Working with a therapist provides insight into personal burdens and supports the healing of old wounds. Through therapy or psychoeducation, we can develop new ways of thinking that bring us closer to our inner selves. By connecting the biological and psychological aspects of our functioning, we gain self-awareness and improve our quality of life—it is like fitting together the pieces of a puzzle to reveal a fuller, more meaningful picture.

In a thoughtful and caring way, I am here to talk with you and help you regain a sense of balance in your daily life. Through supporting groups, workshops, as well as individual, child, or family therapy, I will support you in understanding yourself, your partner, and your child more deeply—so you can enjoy being part of a healthy family, as well as a happier, more fulfilling life. With a psychoanalytic foundation in my education and training, I bring an approach rooted in compassion, connection, and thoughtful reflection.
