COMING SOON... FALL 2025
NEW PARENT-CHILD WORKSHOP SERIES

Join us for a one-of-a-kind workshop series designed to help parents and children grow together through play, reflection, and connection. These rotating classes are a beautiful opportunity to better understand your child’s inner world—while learning practical tools to support emotional regulation, behavior, and resilience.
Each class is thoughtfully designed to explore important topics like emotional expression, worry, attention, and the role of our inner voice in guiding choices. Through hands-on activities, storytelling, and shared experiences, children begin to recognize and name their feelings, build self-awareness, and learn how to be the “boss of their bodies.” Parents gain insight into what drives their child’s behavior and how to respond with empathy, curiosity, and confidence.
Whether you choose to attend one class or register for the full 4-class series, these workshops offer a supportive space for parents and children to connect, grow, and build lifelong skills—together.
In each workshop, we’ll explore:
-
The power of emotions and how to talk about them
-
The “inner helper” or conscience that guides healthy choices
-
What worry, hyperactivity, and big feelings are really trying to say
-
How anger often protects more tender feelings like sadness or fear
Come ready to play, connect, and discover new ways to support your child’s emotional world—all while strengthening your relationship along the way.
