At Early Connections Institute, our therapist-led groups and classes offer opportunities to connect, learn and grow outside of individual therapy. From navigating the first year of motherhood to better understanding your child's behavior, our programs combine professional guidance with practical tools and meaningful connection.
The Motherhood Space
More than a mom group. Motherhood, together.
The Motherhood Space is a relaxed, therapist-led gathering for moms navigating their baby's first year. Connect with other moms in the same season, talk honestly about what's coming up, and gain insight into the developmental changes happening for both baby and mom.
Topics are flexible and shaped by the moms in the room, with space for conversation around infant development, sleep, crying, bonding, identity, relationships, maternal wellbeing and the authentic realities of motherhood.
Come with questions, experiences to share, or simply a desire for connection.
Who: Moms with babies in their first year
When: Every Thursday @ 10 am beginning September 24th, 2026
Where: Early Connections Institute Office- Brighton, MI
Format: In Person• Drop-in• No Commitment
Cost: $45 per session
Babies: Come on your own or bring baby along

Connected Parenting Series
Understanding Behavior from the Inside Out
What if your child's behavior isn't the problem but a message?
Our therapist-led Connected Parenting Series helps parents better understand the feelings, needs and developmental factors behind their child's behavior while building practical tools for greater connection at home.
Each class focuses on a different parenting challenge and stands on its own. Attend one topic or join us for several.

Feelings Behind Behavior • Tantrums & Big Feelings • Punishment, Praise & Rewards • Separation Anxiety • ADHD & Challenging Behaviors • Sibling Relationships • Parenting After Divorce
